Mission, Outreach & Health Ministry Group – 4 pm Meeting & Potluck

Holy Trinity is active in mission and ministry, both inside and outside the parish, thanks in part to all parishioners recognizing and sharing their many gifts and talents. Anglican Church Women (ACW) are also and integral part of the Mission, Outreach and Health Ministry group.

The Parish of Hammond River also provides a health ministry that supports a volunteer parish nurse. A parish nurse is a registered nurse with specialized knowledge, who is called to ministry and affirmed by a faith community to promote health, healing, and wholeness.
